our fellow MuyComputer point: as they have in the past with virtually all Android devices and updates that have been affecting, Samsung has released the source code of Android version 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) that resides in their successful Samsung Galaxy S II.
Although the official update is only available in Europe and South Korea, any international version of the i9100 (the code name for the terminal) can apply , and also that source code allows developers to work on custom ROMs more advanced versions of ICS for the Galaxy S II.
As expected, this version also includes own TouchWiz layer interface of Android, Samsung, and actually the interface is very similar to the Galaxy S Gingerbread II , but taking full advantage of Ice Cream Sandwich, and specifically Android 4.0.3.
You can download
that source code at the Samsung official website dedicated specifically to this kind of development open.
