Toshiba introduced three new models in its range of ‘tablets’ Excite , noted for its variety of sizes. Thinking about getting to all users, devices the company has shown three different models and sizes of 7.7, 10, and the largest ever in the market, a 13.3-inch device . The Excite 13 impresses with its 13.3-inch screen, almost double the Excite 7. In addition to size, both 7.7 Excite, Excite 10, Excite 13 incorporate Android version 4.0 IceCream Sandwich Gorilla Glass screen and quad-core Tegra 3 . Each ‘tablet’ has a five megapixel rear camera and a two-megapixel front, along with stereo speakers, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
13.3-inch screen 13 has the Excite with a resolution of 1600 × 900 with backlight LEDs, Excite 10 has a resolution of 1280 × 800 and the model has a 7.7 inches AMOLED screen very similar to that Samsung includes in its Galaxy Tab 7.7. They all promise 10 hours of battery life. In the U.S., the Excite range of Toshiba will be available at different dates. The Excite 10 goes on sale from next May 6 from $ 499. Instead, the ‘tablet’ of 13.3 and 7.7 inches will go on sale June 10 from 649.99 and 499.99 dollars respectively. Toshiba announced soon which models of the range Excite come to Europe .
