The owners of the renowned open source project announced the availability Blender 2.63 , the latest version of this software for 3D modeling and design that comes with important developments.
most prominent of these is BMesh , a system that completely reinvents how Blender manages the geometry, which allows models and are not limited to triangles or squares, polygons that may have any number of sides.
addition there is a new tool solution to remove vertices, edges and other elements without causing the creation of holes in these meshes (meshes), and a new tool “knife” (“Knife”) that takes advantage of these polygons with n-sides to create clean cuts.
The release notes also add support in Cycles of a panoramic camera and textures with floating point precision, among other innovations. The Motion Tracker feature registration and motion capture has also been improved with the introduction of a 2D image stabilization system, and there are improvements at the time to hide portions of the mesh to sculpt.
You can checkall the improvements in the official notes of the version, and you can download Blender for any platform which is available on the official download site. I recommend taking a look at this video which takes a tour of these developments.
