We’ve talked quite recently to Skeltrack, the Open Source project with the help of that achieves GFreenect Kinect becomes a perfect device to control the interface GNOME Shell through gestures .

The result can be spectacular, as demonstrated by Joaquim Rocha in a new video posted on Vimeo in which we can see how Joaquim controls the interface with gestures in a fairly accurate and fast, and WIN also plays a com or Tuxracer games pretending to have a flyer in his hand.

demo application is published under GPL , and you can find the same code on GitHub, so if you have Kinect and want to try, and you can do … and tell us!
