The famous hacker pod2g has become the biggest ally of those who love the unblocking of IOS devices, has just shown a video showing the untethered jailbreak version running on your new iPhone with version 5.1 of Apple’s operating system. On his Twitter account, pod2g wrote that his new iPad was running IOS 5.1 , and that his next target would be “the stabilization and then try the 5.1.1 version.”.
These messages were accompanied by a video on his blog that shows that he has succeeded, and even made a reboot to show that it really is untethered. The untethered jailbreak works without any limitations , quite the contrary when tethered. In other words, the device will function as if it were a normal device, and you can restart or shut down without any problems. With the tethered, that was what was achieved so far, every time you reboot the device would fail during the boot process. The only way around this problem is to connect the IOS device to a computer via USB cable.
